🔁 Return Policy

At GiftRocx, we take pride in crafting personalized and thoughtful gift hampers. While we ensure every item is packed with care, returns are only accepted in case of damaged products received upon delivery.

✅ Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

• Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the package.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• A clear image of the damaged product must be shared for review.
• Perishable goods (such as food items or flowers) are non-returnable.
• Customized products (with name, logo, etc) cannot be returned.
• Personal care items, gift cards, and sale items are also not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, email us at giftrocxinfo@gmail.com with the subject line: “Return – [Order ID]” and include a brief explanation along with relevant pictures.

We will respond within 48 working hours and process eligible returns within 3–4 business days.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges, as our products are curated for specific occasions.
Replacements will only be provided if the item is received in a damaged condition.

We do not provide a refund, we just exchange the product for any damage or incorrect products.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is customized or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
